"Empowering survivors to reclaim their strength and transform their lives through trauma-informed care, personalized support, and therapeutic guidance."
Our Founder, Patrice Patton-Campbell, LPC, NCC, CTP
Welcome to Safe Harbor Healing, a space founded by Patrice, dedicated to providing compassionate support and empowerment to survivors of trauma. Patrice is committed to creating a secure, virtual community where survivors can find the support and resources they need to heal and thrive.

I am Patrice Patton-Campbell, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), and PhD Candidate in Community Psychology. My work focuses on supporting survivors of childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault, and human trafficking by providing trauma-informed care, therapy, and community-based support.
Â
With over a decade of experience in trauma recovery, I understand that healing is a multifaceted process that requires personalized care. My approach integrates evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and suicide prevention strategies, to help individuals navigate their healing journey.
Â
In addition to clinical therapy, I am passionate about integrating social supports into formal mental health settings. I believe that effective trauma recovery goes beyond individual therapy and includes building strong, supportive social networks and community resources.
Â
My mission is to provide a compassionate, safe space where survivors are heard, validated, and empowered to rebuild their lives.
"Creating a Safe, Compassionate, and Accessible Online Space."
Healing Circles provide a safe, virtual space for survivors of childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault, and human trafficking to gather, share, and support one another.
These monthly support groups are facilitated by me, offering participants the opportunity to connect with others, learn psychoeducational strategies for healing, and access emotional support in a trauma-informed environment.
For those seeking deeper healing, Patrice provides personalized therapy integrating techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
