Our Services

Healing Circles provide a safe, virtual space for survivors of all forms of trauma, including childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault, human trafficking, and other experiences of profound adversity, to gather, share, and support one another. These monthly support groups are facilitated by me, offering participants the opportunity to connect with others, learn psychoeducational strategies for healing, and access emotional support in a trauma-informed environment.

Our Healing Circles are designed to provide a supportive, empowering online community for survivors of childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Meeting via Zoom, these circles foster connection, trauma-informed education, and self-care practices to help survivors navigate their unique healing journeys. Here’s what you can expect:

Our Purpose and Vision

We aim to create a trauma-informed, online environment where survivors can:

  • Connect with Others who share similar experiences in a safe, non-judgmental space.

  • Receive Psychoeducation to learn coping tools, trauma-informed insights, and empowerment strategies.

  • Engage in Self-Care through structured activities focused on healing, resilience, and reclaiming personal agency.

  • Share Their Stories at their own pace, with understanding and validation from peers.

What to Expect in Each Session

Each Zoom session follows a structured format designed to create a sense of safety, consistency, and support:

  • Opening Rituals: Grounding exercises to help participants ease into the session.

  • Check-Ins: Opportunities to share feelings or intentions, allowing each voice to be heard.

  • Educational Components: Brief, trauma-informed discussions on topics like coping strategies, managing trauma responses, reclaiming personal power, and practicing self-compassion.

  • Open Sharing: A safe, voluntary space for personal sharing, where participants can receive support without pressure to participate.

  • Empowerment Activities: Reflective exercises such as journaling, affirmations, and discussions on resilience and healing.

  • Closing Rituals: Techniques to end the session with calm, self-compassion, and reflection.

Safety and Privacy

Our Healing Circles prioritize confidentiality and secure access to ensure a safe online experience for all participants:

  • Password-Protected Sessions: All sessions are securely password-protected, with waiting rooms enabled.

  • Supportive Environment: We provide private chat options, do not record sessions, and designate facilitators to create a comforting, respectful setting.

  • Small Breakout Groups: For more intimate sharing, we use smaller breakout groups to foster a sense of safety and connection.

Support Groups and Workshops provide a bi-monthly space for survivors to learn new skills, explore healing strategies, and build a supportive community. Starting in February 2025, these sessions are designed to empower participants with practical tools and knowledge to aid in their recovery journey.

Each session will focus on various topics, including setting healthy boundaries, understanding personal values, nurturing the inner child, recognizing and managing trauma responses, and developing resilience. These workshops emphasize learning and growth, fostering an environment where participants can gain insights and build strength in solidarity with others on similar healing paths.

It is tailored for mental health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and therapists. Endorsed by PsySR, this training equips professionals with the skills needed to provide trauma-informed, culturally competent care.

My workshops are designed to equip professionals with the tools and strategies necessary to create trauma-sensitive environments and effectively support survivors of human trafficking and complex trauma.

Our workshops include:
